Bought timed licence software locked to other pc

My username is mgiray and I bought timed licence for DC & HCU for 3 days on 21.03.2018 (today) i came to work and tried to open the tool but it says Software Locked to other PC. I need help. I have 2 laptops but i do not use both at the same time.

I'm sorry i didnt know i have to use same computer i still get the same error, did you managed to remove the lock?

i already sendet two time enail to dc unlock support but no answare

Usually you can change computer once in 48 hours.
Have enabled other computer manually or your account now. Should be able to use it on other computer.
