Problem with logging in after purchase

I had bought the DC Phoenix + HCU Timed License (new user).
After the purchase with my Paypal, i had received an email containing my username and password.
after that, i went to the dc unlocker client and entered the username and password but it says that it was the wrong username or password.
i tried entering the username and password on the DC Phoenix app, and got the same result.
i can't enter either applications. i don't know where i did wrong. i had input everything correctly without mistakes.
i just want to save my huawei p9 lite. thats all. how to solve this. please help.

You buy credits under new user if you never had one... forum account is not for software.
