Account Access problems

I have an existing account that I jhave added 10 credits to, but I cannot login. I have reset my password, but it still fails. My user account is sabreit

There is no block on your account and all servers are working form our side. Check, maybe firewall or any other software is blocking the connection. Be sure that you do not use VPN or proxy.
Try other connection.
