Cant login in my account and i didnt recive an email with my password

I bought credits for my old account "rugualter" the account was working fine on phoenix but when i tried to login at HCU i could not enter it seems my account is blocked, as my phone is bricked to resolve the problem i paid for a new account "rudigualter" under the email [email protected], and my surprise when i tried the new account i could not login, so now i have spend money 2 times.

The error that appear on HCU is:
Before detection connect cable to usb and enable Manufacture mode !

and on Phoenix is Service Error

I already asked for a refound on paypal for the second account rudigualter with the id PP-006-825-640-496

So please i ask for a unblock of my account "rugualter" and a reset of is password as soon as possible.

Block for too many incorrect log in attempts now removed. You can reset password from server tab on DC-unlocker client.
