Request For refund ( mate 8 Nxt- L29B )

hi..can I request a refund.. coz I really did waste my time trying to revive my mate with ur software.. I already did what u told in tutorial section, but cannot revive my bricked mate 8.. from flashing board software till flashing devices in upgrade mode, all fail.

Also, I cannot access my dc account for about two days ago for exactly 12 hours as u have server maintenance, and u never replace it.. also today, since 8 hours ago ( 3pm till 11pm GMT +8 ), I still cannot access ur HCU page, download it.. so I think it waste may time till now, coz my account already expired at 3pm today..

I hope u can decide for refund to me.. my mate 8 cannot revive at all, only stuck at fastboot.. I can give u a proof if u want
