i got unknown error (398) then when i try to unlock frp again it says insufficient credits...i already bought 15 credits b4 the error please help

it is bricked cant power on..i can only access e recovery but it always say failed to download package..well sadly my 15 euro was wasted for nothing if i can get no refund lol i was hoping i can re flash my phones firmware..

yeah i was trying that just now but i dont have credits..so i wasted my 15 euro for nothing..well it was my fault sigh..
