not detect my dongle

i have problem with my dc unlocker client.not detect my dongle.but detected with other likes dc phone,zte unlocker and other.what is that problem.need buy activation?i have activated this software on vygis smart card.thank

You mean software does not see your Vygis dongle? If so, then be sure there are no more dongle connected when starting software. Connect dongle first, only then start software. Be sure that dongle fully installed. Try on other usb port/other computer.

if not detect its detect with dc phoenix without problem.but if using dc unlocker software there is no user name and pass.already try other usb

Then maybe phoenix not closed when you try dc-unlocker? Please check all provided solutions including other computer, not only other port.
