Did not get password

My registration name is "soxan" and I did not get my password after paying until now. I also asked you yesterday in the chat, you told me to get a new password from the dc.unlocker-page, but it also did not work!
Whats wrong?

If you have lost or forgotten your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.

I used the remind-password function three times, but it did not work ! I did not get an email. Also the Junkmail-Filter-Folder is empty. Please help m e because I already paid.
