Unable to get credits

I am excited to use your software to unlock my Huwawei phone. However, I am having trouble loading credits onto my account (username travisyard)

I set up my account and tried to purchase 4 credits using PayPal. I confirmed through the link emailed to me through my PayPal email and after clicking on that link it said my account was successfully unlocked. I then tried two more times to purchase 4 credits through PayPal and both times it immediately refunded me and my account did not get credits. I tried once to pay through HiPay and it failed as well.

I am using HCU-Client. I started on one computer but it didn't work so I moved to another about two hours later and this time it connected to the phone successfully. I hope this isn't causing any problems?

Can you please take a look and see if something is wrong with my account? I would love to pay you guys but it won't let me!

I managed to fix the issue by calling my credit card company. Their fraud protection thought HiPay was a scam, so they blocked it. I was able to get the credits I need and unlock my Huawei phone.

I have to say, using the software was really easy and straightforward, it is good software, but you guys need to work on making your payment system easier. I'm still not sure why PayPal wasn't working, PayPal seems to think nothing is wrong.

Hello, great news that it worked out in the end for you. Refund from PayPal is sent automatically when account of PayPal is not fully verified, means either card not fully linked to PayPal account or it's still being processed.
