i payed through the platform so as to be able to unlock my modem Huawei 5372s. After which a username and password was sent to me via email. However, i tried log-in with those details, but to know avail. Have been getting this error- error connecting....Please can you see to this.

No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.

Good.. i tried using different connection and it worked. Have been able to generate the unlcock, however, that did not work. Can kindly see to this....

Thanks for your response. However, i can find the exact one for the Firmware Version: 21.236.03.01.1179. Please do i need to decustomize before i can now unlock the modem?Comment

- Install dashboard (connection software). After installation make sure it is not running in the background
- Launch DC-Unlocker software
- Open server tab, enter username and password received after credits purchase (you can buy them here) and click Check login button
- If DC-Unlocker/Rocker/Vygis or Infinity dongle is connected only click Check login button
- Select manufacturer: Huawei modems, model leave as Auto detect (recommended)
- Click Detect button - big magnifying glass icon
- Wait till modem is fully detected
- Proceed to Unlocking tab and click Unlock button
- After message appears that device was unlocked successfully reconnect it to pc
