I don't feel scammed, just the wording on your site is somewhat confusing. Under the supported Huawei models, it is however llisted, mate 10 pro.

I like to think of it as an oversight, but I understand the challenge that Huawei has suddenly created for ALL OF US. The people that helped make that company what it is.. it infuriates me.

Huawei it seems, is not only trying to de-throne Apple.. but they are trying to BECOME them as well.

Anyway, if you could see your way to refunding my outlay, I would greatly appreciate it. I have always admired you guys and the skill that goes into your products. It was because of you I was able to save a nearly bricked Honor8 Lite with a base firmware only used in the MiddleEast?? I dunno.. anyway, it is because of your amazing tools I was able to flash it and get it back up and running.
