Used wrong unlock code button - can be refunded?

Hello,
I tried to unlock the bootloader of Model Huawei HiSilicon Kirin Android phone (Huawei Ascend Mate 7)
I created an account, bought 4 credits.
I did not press the "read bootloader code" button, I accidentally hit the "Network unlock".
I thought I would unlock the bootloader via the network...
After trying all of them I noticed that none of them unlocks the bootloader.

This was my fault, I know.I did not read the end of the instructions. I am sorry.

Can you PLEASE refund my 4 credits for the useless codes so that I can create the bootloader unlock code? Or send a code to unlock the bootloader?
