Unlock failed

Hello,

I am in the process of unlocking my P20 Lite. I am using your software to find the unlocking code. I used 15 credits only to find an error (398) indicating that the software of the phone is not supported. This is a known problem and I will need to downgrade the software before trying again. My question is do I need to buy the 15 credits every time I try to unlock it even if it gives an error? That doesn't seem legit.

No, repeating same service requires no new credits. This error might mean that android version running in your device is not supported. If you lost credits i can add them back, you just need to tell me your username.

Thats odd, it deducted my credits and shows that I have 0 credits left. My username is the same as on the forum: guustewierik
