Account locked to pc and no fastboot

I have 2 accounts sergiounibg and Pincopalla7878 and I first triedto resurrect my p10 by using pincopalla on august. Unfortunately the phone do not boot up in fastboot. Can I have a refound for this? Now I've bought 72 h licence with the user sergiounibg but it is locked to an xp pc and huawei usb com 1.0 testpoint drivers are not working. Can you please unlock and make it possible to me to try with windows 7 pc?

Refund not possible due to time period that passed. PC lock now removed. Next time will have to wait for automatic 48h reset, then can switch computers.
