Hi, my Mate 9 suddenly got bricked, screen not showing anything, no fastboot, and when connected to computer nothing showup.
After reading thru many xda-forum about DC-Phoenix, i decided to pay for 19 EUR (3 days-pass DC-phoenic+HCU timed licenced) hoping be able to recover my Mate 9.
But unfortunately I was not able to recover it using the DC-Phoenix tool.
The phone when connect to computer does not showing anything, so i opened the phone and do the test-point short with a jumper.
It when comes up as USB SER and then i installed the driver, after that it showed as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0.
In DC-Phoenix tool i've tried various drivers, multiple Board software, multiple Firmware but in the status always shows:

DC-Phoenix tool is always reporting the same error Writing Bootloader and in device manager the HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 is gone.
The process does not complete and the phone does not showing anything.
So **I please ask you to refund** the cost for the 3 days-pass.
