Not working, please refund

I also wrote you e-mail..
I have loaded first 4 eur credit, then it said it requires 15, so I added 11 more
It did a factory/low level reset to my phone, but then said it's still locked.
It;s a P10 lite
Please refund or write me a solution

The solution would be to read lables of the buttons, and ask questions before you waste your money. At this point i do not even know what you seek to unlock on your mobile, bootloader i guess??? We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only read bootloader code from phone.

It worked now with 4 credits.. but because first I paid 15 euro and got nothing, is it any chance for refund? I first thought it's unlocking bootloader automatically....
