This means that current version of android in your device has new sec patch and is not supported yet. Should I check for refund? If so let me know your username.

Yes, I did install EMUI 9 and can't downgrade because of that. It wont let me enable OEM unlock in developer settings so I cant flash nothing in fastboot.
