Paid for 72 hr HCU and DC no password email

I paid for a 72 hour license DC phoenix and HCU but I haven't got the password email, how long would this usually take, ive paid for the 72 hrs and i would like to get access as soon as possibles so i can fix my device before it expires, can someone check on this?

oh no it seems i made a mistake in typing it, it should be imadali7@...(rest of it), is there anyway u can change this? or refund and i can buy again? sorry this is my fault here
