Reflashing and Unlocking of MF667 - Refund Request

I bought 7 credit to Reflash and Unlock the following MF667.

Unfortunately, both reflashing and unlocking didn't work.

Is there any way to unlock this device? and if not could you please refund the full amount I paid (7credit) back to my PayPal account as it ended up not using any of your services.
