  • Check account status Error connecting to server !

I see that this error has occured before.
I've recently joined and paid to unlock the bootloader of a Huawei phone.
My user name is bI9384 (thats a capital 'i' - but it could be a lower case 'L'.

anyway I've tried both and always get the 'error connecting ....' message.

    What to do ?

    Thanks

    David

    It's lower case "L"
No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.

      Thanks for the quick reply.
I now get the phone detected message - so good and I can login with the username and password - so also good. and finally 'phone authorisation success'

But when I go to the 'unlocking ' tab - the is no tab saying 'read bootloader code' - which is what I thought I had paid for ?? Only 'network unlock' is showing ( The phone is network unlocked anyway

It is the code no to unlock the bootloader that I want please.

      Thanks

Thanks. I looked again detail at 'supported models' and the review says 'direct unlock'. (i'ts a y330-u01). When i look at other models the reviews says things like 'read bootloader code'

So I guess that the DC-unlocker won't give me the bootloader code for my m/c ?/ it's an old phone and i'm only doing this to 'mess about' - but a bit disappointed all the same.

Direct unlock is for unlocking mobile from network. It has nothing to do with bootloader. Were you able to put your mobile in manufacture mode as described in bootloader code read guide?
