    Requesting Refund Huawei Mate 8 issue

    Please help me, my user name "zsigomark3" what is also in forum. Yesterday i tried to unlock a Huawei Mate 8 dual sim NXT-L29 phone. Firstly i just buy 4 credit to unlock, but DC software alert me that isnt enough. After that i have to buy 11 more credit to unlock. When i had totally 15 credits, then phone was connected to computer in recovery mode. and just click FRP and unlock bootloader, and my credits was deduct, it seems to be program calculate something, but freeze out, and my phone just restarted.
    Can you restore my 15 credits to unlock Huawei Mate 8 dual sim NXT-L29, and can someone give a hint what can i do better?

    The phone was developer mode, usb debug allowed, FRP unlocked etc...

    Please stop wasting your money and ask before doing something that you do not understand what it does. What exactly you seek to unlock on your mobile please? Credits added back.

      So, here are a Huawei Mate 8 dual sim NXT-L29 phone.
      As you can see the attached pictures:

      Phone locked
      FRP Unlock

      I just would like to open the bootloader on Mate 8 to install TWRP recovery, root, install custom rom later...

      To unlock bootloader, i have to unlock fastboot.
      To unlock fastboot, i need unlocking code.

      To read unlocking code / unlock fastboot, i download DC-Unlocker2 and bought some credits.

      BUT DC-Unlocker2 not contains that option which needed for me to unlock.

      Question is, what options should i choose to unlock fastboot (or read unlocking code) if i havent that option in unlocking menu?

        DC-Unlocker 2 Client -> Unlocking -> FRP and Temp Fastboot unlock does not anything, just factory reset the phone

          You need to press "read bootloader code" button, which is not visible because mobile is in wrong mode. How to read bootloader unlock code from working phone see here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-r...er-unlock-code
