Bought credits but not receive

Hi, i have bought 4 credits but i dindt receive ? I bouth for existing user but i only have my forum user.

The user i bought is for dreem, its my nick on forum and i made confusion. I should have bought for a new user i made confusion.

Can you pls create an user dr33m or any random nickname with my 4 credits and send the details to mail email user forum?
