Credit gone, 3 times, no choice for bootloader unlock

I buy 19-15 cred yesterday the first time but I never receved the credit So I buy an other 15 cred to try to unlock my bootloader but when I started the procedure via the software on fastboot mode research, I didn't see the bootloader's unlocking choice and he put me in error code 375 and I can't find my credits, that's 49 of them, so
-How can I recover the credits paid (invoice n° DGTP 00269388 - DGTP 00269392 - DGTP 00269401 - DGTP 00269402). ?
-Now when I try to search my phone with auto detect on "select modele", the soft freez, so I need to select my model, and it's work?
-And then is it normal that with a huawei nova, I can't see the unlocking bootloader via the software in the "unlock" part?

We don't have bootloader unlock service at all... Why don't you ask before wasting money? Do you not value your hard earned money at all?
