Refund (Error writing Bootloader)

Two days ago I bought the 3 day license to try to fix my bricked Honor 9, but I was unable to do so because I got the following error:

But have you tried the update oeminfo method with loader + oeminfo flash then full stock rom flash?

Yes, I tried to flash all the kirin960 bootloader files but I always got the same error (Error writing Bootloader )
