Refund please - Error during flash

I bought the 19 dollar pack, but i cant unbrick my phone;

It does not detect in fastboot, and when i try to flash with dc phoenix it says the following error:

Can i have a refund please? i cant do nothing with the software, please

You forgot to mention your username that you use on software. You need to use update oeminfo solution.
