HCU activate problem!

Hello team! I have problem HCU activation to my dc-unlocker, i download dc phoenix and asked 36 credits then click activate and take it 36 credits. Now can not activate HCU but less credits please help to refund credits and activate HCU client! After activation HCU DC-Phoenix is too will works am i right?

i want to activate my dc unlocker HCU Client! Added credit to my dongle then i open DC phoenix and need to activate credits for dc phoenix but i need both activations HCU and DC phoenix. I spend my credits to dc phoenix only now credits is
