I just made a new account with 4 credit to unlock the boot loader of a Huawei p9 but when I try to unlock the program tell me insufficient credit and credit left 0 why???

to my happens something similar I buy the 4 credits mail arrives that the collection was made send key and everything, after checking it says zero credits after mail arrives commenting that I was made a refund
