HCU licence

I just payed for HCU licence on user name hallo but HCU wont log me on with pass from Forum..and PayPall acc is mine but on other email ythan email on Forum. I can accesses on that email but no email from You.
Suggestions?

Any chance to cancel that activation and let me activate on my dongle? Somehow I mess-up that I have an Dongle and make activation on user name.

Well, I just figured out that My acc on Forum is NOT account on the Server side... what now? I bayed License on user name: hallo but can't use HCU and can't change any thing about that. How to roll back these payment and activate HCU for My self actually?
