unable to unbrick honor 4c play

great software but i unable to flash with dc phoenix my hono 4c play

entering recovery = reboot
boot normaly = boot loop
entering erecovery = reboot
entering fastboot = normal (RELOCKED status)

So it's 4c play or G620? There is a huge difference in them. For instance G620 is not flashable in fastboot on our tools at all. Credits were added back.

thank you! it's G620 i think (HCU detect as G620) but i bought it like 4c play... my fault. any way thank you! no way to unbrick this phone?

Sadly, but no. If it enters upgrade mode may try to do original firmware update from sd card maybe will do any good for this model.

Unfortunately this is the first thing that i tried. Phobe just stuck at 0% and print FAILED. no another debug information
