Invalid username and password......?

Hi All,

Trying to unlock a 3 Hauwei 5830 and keeps saying Wrong username or password !

am using the one I set up for here, anyone know which one I should be using? dont really want to put credits on it if its not going to work

Forum username and software username are not same. Username for software you will receive after buy credits. Unlocking this modem needs 15 credits. 15 credits cost 15 euros. Credits you can buy here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy
