Security patch unsupported! - pls refund

I bought a "3 days unlimited activation" to find out that with my phone I got "Security patch unsupported!".

So reading on the forum, I'm note the only one and I have to wait for potential new version of the HCU client.
Please can I ask so to have a refund.
