You can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits. If that does not help, write me your username, I will check.

Remind password does not help, its says (Incorect user e-mail.)

You bought as existing user. Did you ever used dc-unloocker on this username? Use same password that you received when bought first time. Could you write e-mail that you used when bought credits?

Was it first time when you bought on this username? If yes, then you made a mistake and bought as existing user. Write me username you would like to have and your e-mail and I will create new account.
If you bought not first time on this username, then you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software.
