Blocked account for existing user

Originally purchased credits using a guest login to paypal to find out they were being refunded and that I needed to use a verified account. Valdemaras informed me of that. Okay, no problem.

Login to paypal account and pay. Receive e-mail that my username has been credited with 4 credits but account has been blocked with instructions sent out. Again, no sweat.

Thirty minutes later, still no e-mail with account unlocking instructions from paypal. Spam folder is/has been empty.

Can verify with supplying the invoice, I did get those e-mails letting me know the DC username was credited and invoiced, but nothing else.

This usually happens when people check wrong email box to begin with. Otherwise send paypal payment confirmation which you received after completing it, please make sure that your email address is also visible in that screenshot. Send it to private message.

I repeat again, i need confirmation of your payment which goes to email which is linked to paypal, not the info on paypal dashboard.

Means payment was not completed/processed yet or you can't access the right email box.
