Server is too busy error while trying to unlock my bootloader

Hey there,
I just bought some credits to unlock my huawei p20 lite's bootloader, but I'm constantly getting the
"Server is too busy, please try later!"
Error.
Is this a software sided problem? If not do you have any estimate when your servers will be available again?

First of all we do not have such service as bootloader unlock so whatever you are about to press is not going to unlock it. There are no problems on our side regarding connection. For us to check your problem you should provide your username and your public ip address.
