    Credit missing

    Hi, I just bought 29.00 EUR credits with my new account "d7mi0" but i don't used in first time i logged in because i didn't have much time for that now and logged out after i checked that the credit was charged .

    but after the second time it disappear and sayes have 0 credit !

          Can you refund the one of the payments?

          I just add bands and change the IMEI and it cost 58€
