License not valid, please renew + purchase mistake

Hello, thank you for your help. This is my second time using DC-Unlocker for the HCU Client. I needed to repair IMEI on my device, but when I tried to use my account it says License not valid, please renew. I thought that meant having to buy credits or a new license. I didn't know accounts could expire. Could you please help and tell me what info to provide to support? I have my username and password

You either need to purchase credits under new username or extend timed license on already existing account that has expired one.

Could I have the credits refunded or used to purchase the timed license? It is the exact amount (19 euros) it is just my mistake of purchasing as credits instead of the license that I needed. I hope this is possible!

Account username is "kalenidus". Because of time constraints, I had to make a new account to use the license service, called "kalenidus2". What I would ask at this point, is if I can have the credits in "kalenidus" account refunded? I think there are 24 credits, and I do not need to use them from that account any longer, since I was able to do all the repairs and modifications I needed from "kalenidus2". I would be very grateful if this could be done. Thank you!
