Refund please, program not working for my cell phone

Hello, i have just tried your software to revive my Huawei Mate 9, but every time I try I get the same error: Error writing Bootloader
Please, i would like a refund since I have tried using all methods available. I read other posts with the same problem as me and none have managed to answer this. I have a three days license, I attach my problems and my data here:

I have also tried writing OEMinfo, but it isn't working either . My cell phone turns fastboot on and then it instantly shuts down:
