Request for a Refund

Hi, I'd like a refund for 2 accounts

First account was registered through the desktop method. 4 creds (Php. 231.86)
User name: helios007

Second account is registered via the android app through G-pay (Php. 215.00)
*Since I didn't know it directed back to the desktop method. I thought you just provided the info then & there in the app.
User name: bl15639

Reason for the refund being my Honor 9i (It's listed as a supported device) is "Not supported/unknown chipset!"
If you guys have any idea how to make it "supported" I'd happily let you keep the two purchases.
If not, I'll take the two refunds please.

Refund now completed for google play payment, hipay payment refund will take several days to be completed most likely.
