You've spent your credits on VNS-L11 direct network unlock. There is nothing to refund on this account, maybe you wrote username incorrectly.

The username is correct. Probably what you logged is my second attempt with my old P9 Lite (VNS-L31 and not VNS -L11, see also the attachments). Attempt with FAIL result that I supposed caused by the credit = 0.

Anyway, service was used on device (we do not care on witch) if you want to use another service on another device you have to purchase new credits. Network unlock unlocks device from operator to use it on another providers, it has nothing to do with fastboot screen.
