Instant Refund?

Disregard - Need verified paypal account I see now.


Hello,

Tried purchasing 29 credits twice. Get email confirming payment then within a minute I get one saying my payment was refunded. I don't have any credits on the account. Any ideas?

I am having the same exact error, the email I got from dc said: "Your account is temporarily deactivated. Please check Your Paypal email for instructions how to activate."

However, I got no email from paypal. However, in paypal I see that I got a refund.

just an update:

I managed to add credits (that were not instantly refunded) by using bank account instead of CC. Now waiting for email with unblock link.
