P8 Lite. Credits needed.

Need to buy some credits to have HCU update IMEI info (dual sim) on a p8 lite pra-lx1. Phone is already unlocked, only IMEI1 and IMEI2 is to be changed (which I already have) and eventually other data be changed (SN, etc).
Not sure about how many credits are needed after checking on both price lists: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices and https://hcu-client.com/buy/ .
Please advice.

You need 8 credits if mobile is on android 7 or lower and 0 credits if mobile is on android 8 or higher since it's not supported at all on it.

Thanks. Is on android 7. Sorry if this is a basic question.. would I be able to upgrade to android 8 after the update or shall I keep it always on android 7?

You would be able to upgrade it to android 8 if you have such option from anywhere.
