salve, ho acquistato il 17/10/2019 4 crediti per poter sbloccare il mio hauwei p8 lite ( phone locked e frp) ma il sistema mi diceva credito insufficente. oggi 27/10/2019 ho caricato altri 15 crediti, per il sblocco del telefono e frp ma niente. sono andato avanti con la procedura ma non ha fatto nulla, è diminuito solo il credito, da 19 a 4. quindi chiedo il rimborso visto malfunzionamento.
chiedo anche guida se possibile avere un aiuto da voi magari sbaglio in qualcosa. grazie.
se avete di bisgno vi posto le mie ricariche effettuate.

hi, I bought the 10/17/2019 4 credits to unlock my hauwei p8 lite (phone locked and frp) but the system told me insufficient credit. today 27/10/2019 I have uploaded another 15 credits, for unlocking the phone and frp but nothing. I went ahead with the procedure but did nothing, only the credit decreased, from 19 to 4. so I ask for a refund visa malfunction.

According to our side frp erase / google account sign in request on startup was removed successfully. Make sure you are using frp erase for correct purpose as explained in it's guide https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-a...one-frp-unlock

hi, it's not like you say. the problem persists. I have both the phone locked and frp. now I attach photos of what appears to me by connecting the device to the PC. I hope you understand that I have no intentions wrong on your behalf, but only that it is admitted that something has not worked.
the frp to remove it would not cost 15 credits?
to me the 15 credits disappeared but without having solved the frp.

I hope now, believe me if you want more evidence of my sincerity, just ask ... I still have 4 credits and now I don't know what to do with it. so please ask for a refund of these 4 cr + 15cr. thanks

I still strongly believe you have used frp erase expecting something that it does not do like changing frp lock status in fastboot. which you can clearly see from the guide - it doesn't do that.

cmq I reiterate that I was not aware of the guide otherwise I would not have tried just unlocking avoiding the recharge of as much as € 19 without solving a damn thing ... and if I solved second (or rubbing)
