credits exhausted

I have a Huawei Y6 phone locked, to unlock it I need the unlock code. I tried with the DC-unlocker client software, bought 15 credits, but the operation was not successful, the credits were consumed. what can I do? thanks

My user name is Totera. The credits I think have been removed for the use of DC phoenix, but even with this software the problem has not been solved, as indicated instead

Credits were added back for you already as i see and you spent them for flashing device for whatever reason. Make sure you are using frp erase for correct reason and not expecting for things like frp lock status change in fastboot screen.

I only know that I spent € 15 and I did not solve the problem as it was said
