Hello,
I just tried to unlock a Huawei MediaPad M5, which should be supported according to your devices list.
I had already purchased 4 cr by PayPal, but since DC Unlocker's Auto Detection said would cost 15 cr, I purchased another 11 cr.
After that I tried to unlock it, however, DC Unlocker gave me the following error:
"Factory reset protection Erase start
Fastboot command fail!"
As the 15 credits have been removed although the tablet is still locked, I'd like to be refunded.
My username for which I purchased the 15 cr is j0hnd03, just like my forum username.
