need credits to reactivate voice on same dongle?

Hi, I activated voice features some years ago on an Huawey E1550 and workerd untill yesterday

I didn't change anything but suddenly voice stopped working. I checked and the voice feature is really disabled!

Do I need to buy credits to re-activate the voice on the SAME dongle?

what is wrong?

The account name is rudyc and the connection is ok
The unlocker client is: 1.00.1429

You need to detect it with both com ports for it to work.
