Bought credit, tried to unlock, didn't work

I just bought 15 credits. Username kstevn.

According to our system your modem was unlocked. If you think it was not unlocked, you can unlock same modem again without credits.

I don't think it was unlocked, it still says Locked. When i try again to unlock it, it says insufficient credits.

Coiuld you copy here what is detected when you detect modem with no sim inserted?
