I used username v4nz777 to buy 4 credits for my Huawei Y6. I tried 1st but it says "server maintenance, try again later!"
so I waited and try again it two hours, but this time, it says:

"Check account status

Wrong username or password !"

I cant even reset my password, it always will say: "Bad email or username!"

please refund me I need this badly

oh I see the problem, I haven't clicked the "Click here to finalize your account" button of HiPay, I guess ill have to buy again, Im sorry to bother you
