Refund regards DC-Phoenix and DC-Unlocker

Hello everyone,

I purchased both of your products yesterday, DC-Phoenix(inc. HCU, limited for 3 days) and Unlocker(15 credits) in order to unbrick my Huawei Mate 9 MHA-AL00 that has Firmware version 9.1.0.200. I tried the three methods, but no chance due to the unsupported security patches. Hereby I request a refund, please.

Do you have any idea how I could unbrick it in the future, or now?

P.S. The phone didn't have FRP. I purchased DC-Unlocker to unlock the fastboot, but it didn't work.
