I would like to find out if it is
possible to do a refund on my account.

I tried to unlock my device , but with no luck.

My device is a Huawei Media Pad 7
Model : S7-303u
FCC ID: QISS7-303u

Tried using the following settings.
Auto detect (recommended)
Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2
Huawei S7 Tablet

I would still like the device unlocked if you can assist, but if not
can we please arrange a refund.
