IMEI: 866887021692754
Firmware: 21.317.01.03.12

During the credit purchase procedure it is indicated as follows:

Unfortunately it does not work, I then saw in the forum that the firmware version does not allow you to unlock at the moment.

We do no even generate code for it, how did you manage to generate it? It has no such option under it's model when you select it. I will request now to provide video proof of code entry failure with device's imei visible in it since you spent credits already.

I'm sorry but I don't know exactly how I managed to make the request for the unlock code of the E5575 model appear.
I installed many things, and I did many tests (various drivers downloaded from the internet, etc.)
However, the imei request had appeared and as you can see in the video, the unlock code does not work.
